[세계로컬타임즈 류종민 기자] 경북 경주시는 합리적인 노사관계 지원 등을 위해 관련 공무원을 대상으로 노동관계법 교육을 실시했다.

 

22일 경주시에 따르면 지난 20일 경주시청 대회의실에서 열린 노동관계법 교육에는 비정규직 직원 업무를 담당하고 있는 공무원 90여 명이 참석했으며, 2019년 달라지는 노동법과 제도를 중심으로 비정규직 근로자의 권리를 이해하는 기회가 됐다.

강사로 나선 경주 노사민정협의회 박동국 공인노무사는 ‘비정규직 관리담당 공무원 노동관계법 설명’이란 주제로 노동관계법·근로기준법의 이해, 근로계약 체결부터 급여·퇴직금 산정 등 업무처리 방법 등을 강의했다. 특히 최근 개정된 근로기준법과 4대 보험, 최저임금, 휴게시간, 주 52시간 근무 등과 관련된 사례를 기반으로 법령 설명과 이해를 도왔다.

경주시 관계자는 “이번 노동법 교육을 통해 경주시 공직자들이 노무관계에서 발생 가능한 문제들을 사전에 예방할 뿐 아니라, 합리적인 노사 관계 정착으로 밝은 직장 분위기를 조성할 것으로 기대 한다”고 말했다.
