[세계로컬타임즈 최경서 기자] 서울시민은 최근 택시요금 인상에 따른 서비스 품질 개선은 기대하지 않는 것으로 조사됐다. 

26일 서울연구원이 발표한 '1분기 서울시 소비자 체감경기와 택시요금 인상 결과'에 따르면 서울시민(서울지역 표본 1,200가구 대상)은 택시요금 인상 후 서비스 품질에 대해 86.5%가 '별 차이 없을 것'이라고 답했다. '개선될 것 같다'를 선택한 응답자는 7.5%였다.

택시요금 인상 후 희망하는 개선사항은 '승차 거부'가 45.7%로 가장 높았고 '불친절' 29.0%, '난폭운전(욕설)' 9.1% 등의 순이었다.

카풀 앱 서비스와 관련해서는 서울시민 91.9%가 인지하고 있으며, 카풀 서비스에 대한 이미지는 '보통'이 34.2%로 가장 많았고, '긍정적'('긍정적'과 '매우긍정적', 44.5%) 이라는 응답률이 '부정적'('부정적'과 '매우 부정적', 21.4%)이라는 응답보다 2배 이상 높았다.

카풀 제도 도입 필요성에 대한 의견은 '보통이다'가 35.9%로 가장 높게 나타났으나, '필요하다' 41.6%는 응답이 '필요 없다' 22.5%보다 높은 것으로 조사됐다.  

서울시민이 생각하는 적정 택시 기본요금은 3,000~3,500원 미만이 54.7%로 가장 높았다.
