[세계로컬타임즈 최경서 기자] 4월부터 6월까지 전국 입주예정아파트는 1년 전 같은 기간에 비해 11.9% 감소한 9만5,155가구로 집계됐다.  22일 국토교통부에 따르면 지역별로는 수도권 4만7,191가구, 지방 4만7,964가구로 전년동기대비 각각 10.7%, 13.0% 감소한 것으로 조사됐다.

 

세부 입주물량을 살펴보면 수도권은 4월엔 용인신갈(1,597가구), 시흥은계(1,445가구) 등 1만1,366가구가, 5월엔 수원광교(2,231가구), 시흥배곧(1,089가구) 등 1만564가구가, 6월엔 안산단원(4,030가구), 평택소사2(3,240가구) 등 2만5,261가구가 입주할 예정이다.

 

지방은 4월엔 경북구미(3,880가구), 김해선천(3,435각) 등 1만6,219가구가, 5월엔 강원원주(1,716가구), 부산수영(1,245가구) 등 1만5,472가구가, 6월엔 창원중동(2,867가구), 세종시(2,456가구) 등 1만6,273가구가 입주할 예정으로 조사됐다.

 

주택 규모별로는 60㎡ 이하 3만3,941가구, 60~85㎡ 5만2,683가구, 85㎡ 초과 8,531가구로, 85㎡ 이하 중소형주택이 전체의 91.0%를 차지해 중소형주택의 입주물량이 많은 것으로 조사됐다. 주체별로는 민간 8만2,127가구, 공공 1만3,028가구로 각각 조사됐다.
