[세계로컬타임즈 김영식 기자] SK건설은 협력사와의 상생을 도모하는 차원의 공정거래 협약 체결 등 관련 활동을 이어간다.
SK건설은 “전날 서울 종로구 관훈동 본사에서 ‘공정거래 협약식 및 행복날개협의회 정기총회’를 열었다”고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 ‘공정거래 협약’은 불공정거래행위 예방 및 상호경쟁력 강화를 목적으로 대기업과 중소 협력사가 세부 방안에 대해 사전에 자율적으로 약정하는 제도다.
이날 협약식에는 임영문 SK건설 경영지원담당사장 및 임직원, 강재영 동반성장위원회 운영국장, 57개 비즈파트너(Biz. Partner) 대표 등 관계자 70여 명이 참석한 것으로 알려졌다.
SK건설은 이날 협약식에서 계약체결, 협력업체 선정‧운용, 하도급거래 내부 심의위원회 운용, 서면발급‧보존 등 공정거래 질서 확립을 위한 공정거래위원회 4대 실천사항에 대한 이행을 준수하겠다고 약속했다.
또 하도급 교육 및 현장 실태점검을 통해 불공정 관행을 개선하고, 간담회 운영과 윤리경영 시스템 등을 강화한다는 방침이다.
이와 함께 SK건설은 비즈파트너에게 무이자로 운영자금을 빌려주는 동반성장 대여금 규모를 350억 원으로 늘리는 한편, 동반성장펀드 및 네트워크론 등 상생협력 프로그램도 지속적으로 운영할 예정이다.
SK건설 관계자는 “공정거래 관련 법규 및 공정거래위원회에서 권장하는 실천사항을 철저히 지킬 것”이라며 “공정거래문화 정착과 금융‧기술‧교육지원 등 비즈파트너의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 다양한 지원책을 펴나갈 방침”이라고 말했다.
